Why Anda, Pangasinan is so called the mother of the "Hundred Islands" ? At anda, lies a long stretch of seawater that leads to small islands collectively known as Hundred Islands. Anda is the biggest island to mother these hundred islands.
Anda is also known for its Binongey Festival and it started last 2004. Locals of Anda prepare varieties of cooked rice in a bamboo known as Binongey. Binongey is the main delicacy of Anda.
For a person who prefers a more peaceful place for summer vacation, Tondol, Anda Beach could be a perfect choice. A hidden Boracay of the North is located at Anda. Tondol White Beach is still a community base beach resort in Anda, Pangasinan. It has fine white sand and a long stretch of shallow water, even children can swim and play safely.
